Return Policy

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

USA Cycling offers a 30-day return period for items that are not print-on-demand. Items that are print-on-demand will only be accepted if they are damaged or misprinted. Refunds will only be given on items that are ordered directly from shop.usacycling.org.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in, meaning they must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returned products. We suggest choosing a shipping method with tracking.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on print-on-demand items. To 'exchange' an item that we hold inventory of, please place a NEW order and send your current item back for a refund. We will process the refund upon receipt. Email your original order number and your new order number to support@usac.zendesk.com and we will refund shipping on your NEW order. >

DEFECTIVE / FLAWED PRODUCTS 

If you think a product has a workmanship or material flaw, within 30
 days of purchase, please email a photo of the product to our customer service department at support@usac.zendesk.com and include attn:// DEFECTIVE OR FLAWED PRODUCT in the subject line. You will receive a 100% refund in the form of a credit to the online store if your product has a production flaw. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order after submission, please email support@usac.zendesk.com and a customer service representative will assess the order status and reach back out to you. Order cancellations can only be made within 24hrs of your payment being processed.
